Free consultation at your home
About 30 minutes. We look at the space, measure, check what’s behind the work (plumbing, electrical, condition) and talk through options.
Your written estimate
The work broken out by trade, what’s included, what’s a selection, and a timeline. Usually within a day for smaller jobs, a few days for design projects. No obligation.
You decide
No pressure and no pushy follow-ups. If you move forward, we plan selections and order materials before anything is torn out.
Nothing to worry about.
Sending the form doesn’t commit you to anything. There’s no high-pressure sales visit and no endless follow-up calls. We use your information only to talk with you about your project.

How We Work
Together.
The short version of what you can count on from us.
- Consultations are free. No charge to meet, measure and talk options.
- Your written estimate is the price. The ranges on this site help you plan; your estimate is what your project is priced on, and its price holds for 30 days.
- Changes are approved in writing first. Anything you add, and any hidden condition we find, is priced and approved before the work happens.
- Permits when required. We pull them and the work meets current code.
- Your own materials are welcome. They need to be on site before the trades need them; our warranty covers the installation.
- 1-year written workmanship warranty. Paint carries a 2-year warranty against blistering and peeling, and products carry the manufacturer warranty.
- Deposit, then progress payments. A deposit gets you on the schedule; the rest is paid in draws as the work progresses, so you never pay far ahead of the work.
- One project manager. One person to call from planning through the final walkthrough.
- Licensed and insured. Florida residential contractor CRC1335471.
Your signed agreement contains the full terms, including the exact deposit and payment schedule. We walk through it with you line by line before you sign, and you can ask about anything.
