How We Work

No Sales Pitch.
Just How It Actually Goes.

Who we’re a good fit for, who we’re not, how a project runs from the first call to the final walkthrough, and the terms we hold ourselves to. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, better you know now.

Are We the Right Fit?

We’d rather tell you up front than waste your time, or ours.

We’re a great fit if…

  • Your project involves three or more trades, like plumbing, electrical, tile and cabinets. That’s where a general contractor earns their keep.
  • You want it done right and permitted, not just done cheap.
  • You’re planning a kitchen from $28,000, a bathroom from $17,000, cabinets from $5,000 or a whole home from $150,000 (a typical 1,500–2,000 sq ft home).
  • You live in Pinellas, Hillsborough or Pasco. We take on select Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch projects when the job makes sense.
  • You want one person to call, a written scope and no surprises.

We’re probably not the right fit if…

  • You only need one trade, like an interior paint job or new soffits. You can hire that trade directly, and we’re happy to refer the subs we trust.
  • You’re looking for the lowest number no matter what’s behind it.
  • You’d rather manage the trades and judge the work yourself. That’s a fair choice, and some homeowners do it well.

Not sure whether you need a contractor at all? Ask us. We’ll tell you honestly.

“Everybody is specialized and they only do what they do. There’s no guy jack-of-all-trading in there.”
Justin, owner

Every stage of your project is done by someone who only does that trade, with at least 10 years in it, coordinated by one project manager. Specialists move faster and cleaner through their stage, and that’s a big part of how we keep a schedule.

  • Demolition
  • Licensed plumbing
  • Licensed electrical
  • Drywall
  • Tile
  • Cabinet install
  • Countertops
  • Paint

If You’ve Been Burned by a Contractor Before

We hear it all the time: paid a lot up front and the job dragged on, the contractor disappeared, the price kept climbing, nobody called back. Here’s how we’re set up differently.

How we’re set up

  • A deposit, then progress payments. You pay as the work gets done, never far ahead of it.
  • Materials before demolition. Cabinets, tile and fixtures are ordered and on the way before anything comes out, so your kitchen never sits gutted.
  • One project manager. One person to call from planning through the walkthrough.
  • A written scope, broken out by trade. You know exactly what you’re paying for.

When something comes up

  • Things come up on every remodel. Rot behind a dishwasher, two layers of old flooring, wiring that isn’t to code.
  • When we find something, we stop, show you, and price it in writing before any extra work happens.
  • What keeps a timeline isn’t luck. It’s preparing properly and walking down that road before work starts: selections made, materials on site, trades sequenced, inspections planned in.

Why We Ask About Your Budget

It isn’t so we can spend all of it. Knowing your number tells us what’s realistic, so we can build a package that fits: the right scope, the right materials and the right finish level for what you want to spend. If what you want and what you want to spend don’t line up, we’ll tell you before you’ve paid for anything. See what projects cost.

A 3D rendering on every kitchen, and on bathrooms when you want one. Every selection made before we start.

Order, then build

Our Terms in Plain English

The short version of what you can hold us to.

  • Consultations are free. So is the written estimate.
  • Your estimate is the price. It holds for 30 days.
  • Changes are approved in writing first. Always.
  • Permits when required. Permitted work meets today’s code, which costs more and protects you when you sell.
  • Your own materials are welcome. They need to be on site before the trades need them.
  • 1-year written workmanship warranty. Products carry the manufacturer warranty.
  • Paint: 2 years against blistering and peeling, plus a 30-day touch-up visit.
  • Licensed and insured. Florida residential contractor CRC1335471.

Family Owned. Faith First. Giving Back.

A few things about who we are that don’t fit on an estimate.

Family owned and operated

When you call, you’re talking to the family that owns the company, not a call center or a franchise. Your project matters to us because our name is on it.

Faith first

Our faith shapes how we run this business: tell people the truth, price fairly, keep our word, and treat your home the way we’d want ours treated.

Giving back to animal rescues

Animal rescues are close to our hearts. We support Rescue Dogs Dream, an all-volunteer dog rescue from Justin’s hometown that takes in at-risk, senior and sick shelter dogs and cares for them until they find a home.
