We design your kitchen before we touch it — detailed renderings you approve, so you know exactly what you’re getting. Your cabinetry arrives at your home before demolition day, which means your kitchen doesn’t sit torn apart waiting on a delivery truck. And one project manager runs the whole job, so you always know who to call.
Custom cabinetry, quartz and granite countertops, tile backsplashes, lighting, and flooring — handled by one licensed residential contractor instead of five phone numbers.

Kitchens vary more than any other room, so here are honest starting points for the three kinds of kitchen projects we do most.
A smaller kitchen with new cabinets, base-level quartz countertops, backsplash and lighting in the existing layout.
New cabinets, quartz countertops, backsplash, flooring and lighting in your existing layout.
Semi-custom or custom cabinetry, larger kitchens and layout changes. Cabinet grade is the biggest single jump in price.
Cabinets and countertops are included in these ranges. Appliances, light fixtures and faucets are your selections. Typical ranges to help you plan; your written estimate, built after we see your space, is what your project is priced on.
Time on site once work starts. Cabinet lead times come first, which is why we order before we demolish.
Each one is worth it for the right kitchen. They just add up, so it helps to know before you say yes.
If your kitchen doesn’t already have a hood vented outside, adding one is a project of its own: ductwork run through the attic and out the roof, a permit, a roofer to flash the roof penetration, a custom hood cover built out around a range hood insert, and the electrical to power it. That combination easily runs $5,000 to $6,000, and more on some homes. The same goes for moving the microwave into a drawer or a new spot: it needs its own new circuit. Neither is a bad choice. They are simply the two items that surprise people most.
Three decisions drive most of the difference between a $28,000 kitchen and a $70,000 one.

A cheaper kitchen quote usually means cheaper cabinets or a lower grade of quartz. Before you compare totals, make sure you’re comparing the same things:
If one quote leaves any of these out, ask. The difference in price is usually the difference in what you’re getting.
Every stage of your kitchen is handled by a specialist who only does that trade, and one project manager coordinates them.

With us, kitchen remodels start at $28,000 for a smaller kitchen, a full kitchen remodel in your existing layout typically runs $36,000 to $50,000, and semi-custom to custom kitchens start at $50,000. Cabinets and countertops are included; appliances and fixtures are your selections. Your written estimate is what your project is priced on.
3 to 5 weeks for a smaller kitchen, 4 to 6 weeks for a full remodel and 6 to 10 weeks for semi-custom to custom work, once work starts on site.
Cabinet lead times are the longest wait in a kitchen. Ordering first means your kitchen is never torn out and sitting empty while you wait.
Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing walls requires a permit in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco, and we pull permits whenever the work requires them. A permitted kitchen has to meet current code: the dishwasher, disposal, microwave and refrigerator each need their own dedicated circuit, and new circuits usually need arc-fault protection, which can mean more rewiring in older homes. It adds real cost, and it's the right way to do it.
Yes, most customers do. We install and connect them, and we plan the cabinets and wiring around the exact models you choose.

We had Bayshore Remodels replace both of our bathroom vanity tops, add ceiling fans in both bathrooms and one in the kitchen and build a closet in our sunroom for added storage along with adding 2 ceiling fans. They also repaired some shiplap from a split a/c unit we had removed. Everything turned out great. Very...
Justin Eichler and his company, Bayshore Remodels, has been a genuine pleasure to use as contractors for our condo kitchen. We were somewhat suspicious seeing the previous reviews, but it proved unfounded. From the initial introduction, it’s clear he is a professional (as well as a pleasant young man) “from the...
