A full kitchen remodel in your existing layout typically runs $36,000 to $50,000, and semi-custom to custom kitchens start at $50,000. Cabinets and countertops are included; appliances and fixtures are your selections.

Hall bathrooms start at $17,000 when you supply the tile and fixtures, and most land between $17,000 and $21,000. When we supply every material, plan on $21,000 and up. Tub-to-shower conversions typically run $23,000 to $28,000, and primary bathrooms $32,000 to $45,000. Those numbers are for the work; most of the materials you choose are budgeted separately or supplied by you.

Refinishing starts at $5,000, and most medium kitchens land between $8,000 and $10,000. Refacing starts at $7,000, and most medium kitchens land between $10,000 and $12,500.

A full remodel that includes floors, baseboard, doors, interior and exterior paint, the kitchen and the bathrooms starts at $150,000 for a typical 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft home with one kitchen and two bathrooms. New floors throughout a typical home run $15,000 to $25,000, and paint inside and out $14,000 to $22,000.

Exterior painting starts at $7,000 and most homes run $7,000 to $12,000 with full prep and two coats. LVP flooring starts at $7 per square foot installed with material, and tile at $17 per square foot.

Yes. Many customers supply their own tile, fixtures or appliances. We just need them on site before the trades need them, and our warranty covers the installation.

Yes, on purpose. Every stage is handled by a specialist who only does that trade: demolition, licensed plumbing and electrical, drywall, tile, cabinets, countertops and paint, coordinated by one project manager. No jack-of-all-trades.

Our rule of thumb: once three or more trades are involved, a general contractor is worth having. If your project only needs one or two, ask us and we'll tell you honestly whether you need us.

No. You can come with a clear vision, a few inspiration photos, or just a problem you want solved. We help turn that into a practical plan.

Yes. When work requires a permit, we pull it and coordinate the inspections. Permitted work has to meet current code, which can mean new dedicated circuits and updated wiring protection. It adds cost, and it protects you when you sell.

Once work starts on site: 3 to 5 weeks for a smaller kitchen, 4 to 6 weeks for a full remodel, and 6 to 10 weeks for semi-custom to custom work. We order cabinets before demolition so your kitchen never sits torn out while you wait.

Most bathrooms take 3 to 4 weeks on site. Permits, inspections and custom glass are what extend it.

Refinishing and refacing projects take 5 to 7 working days on site. If you're also replacing countertops and backsplash, plan on 2 to 3 weeks.

Usually, yes. We protect the rest of the house, contain dust and clean every day. If it's your only bathroom or kitchen, we'll help you plan around the days it's out of use.

Not necessarily. We can guide selections through the Design Portal and recommend showrooms when seeing something in person will help.

Yes, but changes can affect materials, schedule and cost. Every change is priced and approved in writing before the work happens.

Licensing and insurance protect you, allow permitted work to be done properly, and give you someone accountable if anything goes wrong.

Our workmanship is backed by a 1-year written warranty, and paint carries a 2-year warranty against blistering and peeling. Products and materials carry the manufacturer warranty, and we review it all with you before you sign.
