A whole-home remodel is the most complex project a homeowner can undertake. We make it simple by handling everything — design, permits, demolition, construction, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and final polish — under one contract, with one project manager who you can call any time.
The Belleair Beach whole-home renovation is our flagship project: exterior, kitchen, living areas, primary suite, bathrooms, flooring, and a custom outdoor shower — all completed by Bayshore Remodels.

A whole-home project is a collection of decisions. Here is what the most common pieces cost, so you can see how a full remodel adds up.
Old flooring out, new LVP or tile in, with baseboard, for a typical 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft home.
Interior walls, ceilings and trim plus the exterior, for a typical 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft home.
Floors, baseboard, doors, interior and exterior paint, the kitchen and the bathrooms, for a typical 1,500–2,000 sq ft home with one kitchen and two bathrooms.
Typical ranges from our recent projects to help you plan. Your written estimate, built after we walk the house, is what your project is priced on.
Most whole-home projects are built from these. The numbers are fairly steady from house to house.
Flooring prices are pretty predictable. The one thing that can add cost is what we find after the old floor comes up. If large areas of the slab are uneven, they have to be self-leveled before new LVP or tile goes down, or the new floor will flex, click and crack. We price it after demolition, once we can actually see it, and only when it’s needed.
When a kitchen or bathroom is permitted, it has to meet today’s code, not the code the house was built to. In a kitchen that usually means new dedicated circuits for the dishwasher, disposal, microwave and refrigerator. In a bathroom it means protected circuits near water, a vent fan that exhausts outside, and plumbing and shower waterproofing that pass inspection. In both, most municipalities now require arc-fault protection on new circuits, which can lead to more rewiring in older homes. It’s a real cost in every permitted room, and it’s the right way to do it.
A whole-home remodel touches almost every trade. Each one is a specialist who only does that work, and one project manager keeps them in order.

On a project this size, what’s left out matters more than the total. Ask every contractor:

A full whole-home remodel with us (floors, baseboard, doors, interior and exterior paint, kitchen and bathrooms) starts at $150,000 for a typical 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft home with one kitchen and two bathrooms. Pieces can be done on their own: new floors throughout typically run $15,000 to $25,000 and paint inside and out $14,000 to $22,000 for a 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft home.
Yes. Many customers start with the kitchen or bathrooms and do floors and paint after. We'll help you plan the order so nothing has to be redone.
Baseboard sits on the new floor, and paint goes last so it isn't scuffed by the other trades. Doing it in that order means touch-ups happen once.
Mainly uneven floors found after demolition. Large uneven areas need self-leveling before new LVP or tile goes down. Otherwise, flooring prices are fairly set.
Often, yes, by working in phases. We'll talk through which rooms will be out of use and when.
Bayshore Remodels recently completed a renovation of our kitchen. Justin was excellent to work with. His subcontractors were great and Justin is VERY attentive to even the tiniest details. As a result, we’re thrilled with the finished kitchen!

Bayshore was great to work with! All of the contractors were great. Very easy to work when I requested many changes after the scope had been agreed to. There wasn’t any request of mine too big or too small! Really helped us modernize the home! Design work and pricing were great! Have already recommended Justin and...
We had Bayshore Remodels replace both of our bathroom vanity tops, add ceiling fans in both bathrooms and one in the kitchen and build a closet in our sunroom for added storage along with adding 2 ceiling fans. They also repaired some shiplap from a split a/c unit we had removed. Everything turned out great. Very...
Justin Eichler and his company, Bayshore Remodels, has been a genuine pleasure to use as contractors for our condo kitchen. We were somewhat suspicious seeing the previous reviews, but it proved unfounded. From the initial introduction, it’s clear he is a professional (as well as a pleasant young man) “from the...
