What five years and 500+ projects have taught us
Most of what goes wrong on a remodel isn’t the craftsmanship. It’s the planning and the communication around it. These are the habits we built because we watched other contractors skip them:
- Order before you demo. We order cabinets and the long-lead items before we tear anything out, so your kitchen or bathroom never sits gutted while you wait on a shipment.
- Every change in writing. If you add something mid-project, it gets priced and approved in writing before we do it. No surprises on the final bill.
- Permits when the work needs them. Moving plumbing, adding circuits or changing structure means a permit. We pull it, and the inspector signs off on it.
- One person who knows your job. You always know who to call, and that person knows what happened on your job yesterday.
- A clean house at the end of every day. We protect floors and furniture, and we clean up every day, not just on the last day.

- Free consultation. We walk the space with you, talk through what you want and give you an honest read on whether it fits your budget.
- Written estimate. A line-item proposal, so you can see what you’re paying for and where the money goes.
- Selections. Cabinets, countertops, tile and fixtures, chosen before the work starts so nothing holds up the schedule.
- The build. One schedule and a crew that shows up when we said they would, with updates as the work moves along.
- Final walkthrough. We go room by room with you and don’t call it done until the punch list is finished.
- Warranty. Every remodel carries a one-year workmanship warranty, and painting carries a two-year warranty against blistering and peeling.

We’d rather tell you this up front. If the main goal is the lowest possible bid, we’re probably not your contractor; our prices include permits, proper prep and the time it takes to do the job right. And we stay in Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco, so we can be on your job when it needs us.
