Full Prep. Two Finish Coats. 2-Year Warranty.

We don’t just paint — we prepare. Every surface is power-washed, spot-primed, caulked, and sanded before a drop of paint is applied. Our interior crews run air scrubbers throughout the project and sand between coats for a flawless finish. Our exterior crews dig out and seal below grade around the foundation against moisture intrusion, and backroll every surface for an even, non-flashing result.

  • Interior: Air scrubbers running throughout · nail holes filled · sanding between coats · thorough surface protection · immaculate daily cleanup
  • Exterior: Power wash every surface · dig out and seal below grade · spot prime damaged areas · caulk and seal all visible cracks · backroll every surface
  • Warranty-backed paint chosen to hold up to Florida sun and humidity
  • 2-year limited warranty on all interior and exterior painting
  • 30-day touch-up clause included on every project

What Our Exterior Paint Job Includes

We don’t just change the color. We bring the outside of the house back to square one, then protect it.

This is what separates a paint job that lasts from one that peels in two years.

Before and after your paint job

Planning pavers or other hardscape? Do them before we paint. New landscaping? After, once the paint has had a few days to dry. And give new exterior paint 60 days to cure before anyone pressure washes it. Our paint work carries a 2-year warranty against blistering and peeling, plus a 30-day touch-up clause.

Our Warranty, in Writing

2 yearsAgainst blistering and peeling on your new paint.
1 yearWritten workmanship warranty on every project.
ManufacturerMany of the products we use carry their own material warranties. Because we are licensed professionals installing to the manufacturer’s specifications, those warranties carry through to your project.

Full terms and exclusions are in your signed agreement.

How to Compare Two Paint Quotes

A cheaper paint quote usually skips the prep or puts the paint on thin. Ask every painter:

  • Do you power wash with a cleaner, or plain water?
  • Do you scrape and prime peeling areas first?
  • Are stucco cracks and windows caulked?
  • Do you dig out and seal around the foundation?
  • How many coats, and at what thickness?
  • What paint, and what warranty?

If the answer is “we just paint,” the price is lower for a reason.

Built by Specialists, Not a Jack-of-All-Trades

Prep, repairs and paint are each handled by people who only do that work, coordinated by one project manager.

Are We the Right Fit?

We’re a great fit if…

  • Paint is part of a bigger project: stucco repair, soffits, a kitchen or a whole home.
  • You want the prep done right, not just a new color.
  • You want one team coordinating every trade on the job.

You may not need us if…

  • You only need one room painted. A good painter can do it, and we’re happy to refer one we trust.
  • Once three or more trades are involved, a general contractor is worth having. Below that, ask us and we’ll tell you honestly.

The Questions Everyone Asks

How much does it cost to paint a house exterior in Tampa Bay?

With us, most 1,500 to 2,000 sq ft homes run $7,000 to $12,000 with full prep and two coats. Siding costs least, stucco more and brick the most, and add-ons like soffits, window frames or larger stucco repairs are priced separately.

How much does interior painting cost?

Most homes run $6,000 to $10,000 for walls, ceilings and trim throughout. Paint is included.

What's included in your exterior paint job?

Power washing, scraping and priming peeling paint, small stucco crack repair, caulking windows and doors, digging out and sealing around the foundation, and two coats at the right thickness.

How long should I wait to pressure wash new paint?

60 days, while the paint fully cures.

Do I need a contractor or just a painter?

For paint alone, usually just a good painter, and we're happy to refer one. Once three or more trades are involved, like paint plus stucco plus soffits, a general contractor is worth it.
