Our Warranty, in Writing
Every Bayshore Remodels project comes with a written warranty. Here is exactly what it covers, what it doesn’t, and how to reach us if something needs attention.
What’s Covered
1-year workmanship warranty, every project
If something we built or installed fails because of how it was done, we come back and make it right at no cost to you. That covers the work itself: tile, cabinets and trim installed by our team, plumbing and electrical connections we made, and the finish carpentry we did.
2 years against blistering and peeling, painting and sprayed cabinet finishes
If paint we applied, or the finish we sprayed on your cabinets, blisters or peels within two years, we repair it.
30-day touch-up visit, painting
Within 30 days of finishing your painting project, we come back for a touch-up visit to take care of any small marks or spots you notice once you’re living with it.
Manufacturer warranties
Many of the products we install carry their own warranties. Because we are licensed professionals installing to the manufacturer’s specifications, those warranties carry through to your project.
What Isn’t Covered
- Normal wear and tear, and damage from everyday use, impact or cleaning products
- Damage from water, leaks, flooding or storms that didn’t come from our work
- Products or materials you supplied yourself (the manufacturer’s warranty still applies)
- Work that was changed or repaired by someone else after we finished
- Hairline cracks from normal settling of the house

Warranty Questions
How long is the warranty on a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
Every project comes with a 1-year written workmanship warranty, and the products we install carry their own manufacturer warranties.
What’s the warranty on painting?
Two years against blistering and peeling, plus a touch-up visit within 30 days of finishing.
Does the warranty cover my cabinet refinishing?
Yes. Your sprayed cabinet finish is covered for two years against blistering and peeling, and the workmanship for one year.
What if I supplied my own materials?
We warranty our workmanship. The materials themselves are covered by their manufacturer.
How do I start a warranty request?
