We put our warranty in writing, with specifics, because ‘we stand behind our work’ isn’t worth much on its own.

Painting — 2-Year Limited Warranty

All interior and exterior painting carries a two-year limited warranty covering peeling, bubbling, and cracking caused by improper surface preparation or application.

30-Day Touch-Up

Within 30 days of completion, we’ll come back and take care of touch-ups from normal settling or minor scuffs discovered after you’ve moved back in.

Remodeling — 1-Year Limited Warranty

All remodeling labor and workmanship is covered for one year from the date of completion and final walkthrough.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the products we install — cabinetry, plumbing valves, fixtures — carry manufacturer warranties that extend well beyond ours. We help you register them and make sure you understand what’s covered, so that coverage doesn’t quietly go to waste.
